Recipe: Super-Immune Sauté

Super-Immune Sauté, a favorite snack of mine. Here is the recipe and some fun facts about these foods. Super- Immune Sauté Recipe What you will need: 10 shiitake mushrooms 1 medium onion 2 cups baby spinach 1 tablespoon coconut oil 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar Medium Saucepan with lid/cover Steps to make: 1. Warm coconut oil in medium saucepan. 2. Sauté onions until begin to soften on medium heat. 3. Add mushrooms and balsamic vinegar and sauté for a few minutes until browned. 4. Turn off heat, add spinach and cover for 2 minutes to lightly steam the leaves. 5. Uncover and serves 2!
